Something Very Special will happily process a return for you on all non-sale items within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unworn and original tags still attached. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged for store credit or other items.
To start a return please contact us here: shop@somethingveryspecial.co and provide your order number and reason for return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
