BLACK FRIDAY FAQ

What time does the sale start?
Our Black Friday Sale kicks off at 7pm AEDT (NSW) on 20 November. This corresponds to 6:30pm ACDT (SA), 6pm AEST (QLD), 5:30pm ACST (NT) and 4pm AWST (WA).

How long does the sale run for?
The sale runs for 10 days until the 30th November.

Do I need a discount code?
No - all prices will be automatically marked with up to 50% off during the sale.

What is the free gift?
You’ll find out once the SALE is LIVE ;)

Can I refund or return my Black Friday order?
Yes - this year we’re offering risk-free returns on Black Friday purchases over $50. If you change your mind, you can return your item for store credit only. Please note: items under $50 are final sale and cannot be returned.

When will my order arrive?
We’ll ship your order as quickly as possible, but due to Australia Post delays during this period, please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive for Domestic Australian orders and anywhere up to 21 days for International orders.
