Something Very Special will happily process returns on full-priced items within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and all tags remain attached.
Sale items, discounted items, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for store credit or another item, subject to availability.
To request a return, please contact us at shop@somethingveryspecial.co within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number and reason for return.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, jewellery, and headwear are not eligible for return.
